Stefan has worked in education for 23 years, including 13 years  in leadership roles. His main areas of passion are school system transformation, professional development, and leadership

coaching. He has spent the last 12 years in China, where he most recently worked for the leading Education Group and international school. Stefan values transparency, compassion, and inclusiv ity. He is a life-long learner and is currently completing his doctoral dissertation in organizational leadership. Personally, Stefan loves sailing, swimming, and diving. He dreams of completing a

circumnavigation in retirement.
